What is your current turnaround time?

Fulfillment time varies by season. Most of the year orders are shipped within 2-3 business days with the exception of launch days, which could add an extra day or two to fulfillment time. 

What is your exchange/return policy?

We want you to love your tights and knee highs!  If you would like to exchange or return your stockings, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.  We will happily accept unworn and unwashed items.  Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with exchanges and returns.  Return package must be post marked within 7 days of contacting us to receive a full refund.  Please remember to keep your tracking information, as we are not responsible for lost returns.   Email hello@littlestockingco.com

Do you offer rush orders?

We are usually able to rush an order to you for your last minute photoshoots, parties, etc.! Please send us an email hello@littlestockingco.com to confirm rush availability and cost.

My order arrived damaged or incorrect - what should I do?

Defective items do occasionally sneak through quality control. We are happy to replace defective items at no charge! Please contact us at help@littlestockingco.com to get a replacement processed.

Mistakes in fulfillment do happen. If you receive an incorrect item, please send a photo of the incorrect item to us at help@littlestockingco.com and we will get a no charge replacement in the mail to you right away!

If you have an incorrect  or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to report the error and receive a replacement. 

I just ordered and now the same items are on sale - can I get a price adjustment?

Unfortunately, we do not offer any price adjustments for orders placed prior to sales or promotions. The best way to find out about sales or promos is to join our text VIP list. Text DEALS to 36247 to hear about all sales and promos.

What are your socks and tights made of?

We use two different cotton/poly/spandex blends.

77% cotton, 22% polyester, 2% spandex

79% cotton, 19% polyester, 2% spandex 

Can discount codes be stacked/combined?

No.  Discount codes cannot be stacked or combined, so please use whatever code is of greater benefit for your order.
