We know you want your stockings like, yesterday—so we ship quick!

We offer a few shipping options at checkout to get your order to you as fast (or as budget-friendly) as you’d like. You'll be able to choose the shipping speed that works best for you when you place your order.

Free Shipping on all U.S. orders over $100!

Estimated delivery times vary depending on the shipping method you choose—some are faster, some more economical—but either way, we’ll get your order on the move as soon as possible. Most orders ship out within 2–3 business days. During busy times (like launches, holidays, or sales), processing may take up to 5 business days.

A few notes:

  • Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays.
  • Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude weekends and USPS holidays.
  • USPS does not guarantee delivery dates for certain services, so delays outside of our control are not eligible for shipping refunds.

We also ship internationally! Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES:

We want you to love your purchases!  

If you would like to exchange or return your items, please visit the Returns Portal to get started.

We will happily accept returns and exchanges on eligible items within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and unwashed. Socks and Tights must be unopened and in original packaging. Sale items ending in $.99 or items purchased at 30% off or more (including BOGO) are not eligible for return or exchange. Earrings and Hair bows are not eligible for return or exchange.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with exchanges and returns. Please remember to keep your tracking information, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

Once a return has been accepted, it must be mailed back to us within 7 business days. If return is sent back after 7 business days of being approved, your return authorization will be cancelled.

We do not offer price adjustments on orders placed prior to a sale or promotion starting.
